Return Policy

We have a 14-day return period after receiving your order.

Request a return Send an email to info@casecure.nl with your order number and reason for return. You will receive a return address and further instructions within 2 business days. Items returned without a return request will not be accepted.

Conditions The item must be unused and undamaged, with labels and in its original packaging. You will also need your proof of purchase or order number. Items returned used or damaged may be refused.

Return costs Return costs are at the customer's expense, unless the item is defective or incorrectly delivered.

Defective or incorrect items Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately via info@casecure.nl if anything is wrong. Include photos so we can quickly assess and resolve the issue. In this case, we will reimburse the return costs.

Refund After receiving and approving your return, you will be refunded within 10 business days. It may then take a few more days for your bank to process the payment. Please contact us if you have not received anything after 15 business days.
